What we collect

Contact details you share with us — name, clinic or lab name, email address, and phone number — when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.

Case files you send for design work — intraoral scans (STL/PLY), CBCT/DICOM data, prescriptions, photos, and clinical notes. These may contain patient information controlled by your clinic.

How we use it

Contact details are used to respond to enquiries, deliver designs and quotes, and coordinate cases. Case files are used solely to plan, design, and manufacture the work you commission.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Patient data & your responsibility

As the treating clinic or laboratory, you are responsible for obtaining any patient consent required to share records with an external laboratory. Where possible, anonymise case files before sending. We process patient data only as needed to complete your case.

Storage & retention

Case files are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to complete the case, support refinements and remakes, and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your case files at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate — such as email, messaging, file transfer, and hosting providers — and only to the extent required to deliver our services.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
