Our services
Premium CadCam provides digital dental design services — treatment planning, restorative and orthodontic CAD, milling/print-ready files, and clear aligner manufacturing — to dental clinics, orthodontists, and laboratories.
Professional use only
Our services are provided to licensed dental professionals and laboratories. All designs and treatment plans are proposals prepared to your prescription: the treating clinician reviews, approves, and remains fully responsible for the final clinical decision, fit, and treatment outcome.
Cases, revisions & approval
Design work begins once we receive adequate records (scans, prescription, and any required imaging). Revisions are included until the design is approved. Milling files, print files, and aligner production are released only after your approval of the design.
Turnaround
Quoted turnaround times (typically 12–24 hours for design) are targets, not guarantees. Complex cases, incomplete records, or revision loops can extend timelines; we communicate expected delivery on intake.
Payment
Fees follow the rate card or quote agreed with you and are invoiced per case or per agreed billing cycle. Delivered design files remain licensed for the commissioned patient case.
Showcase of work
We may display anonymised design renders (with no patient or clinic identifiers) in our gallery and marketing. Tell us if you prefer your cases excluded and we will honour it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a case is limited to the fees paid for that case. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, chairside adjustments, or use of designs contrary to the approved plan.
